In 2006, George Koch celebrated his 20th year at Roberts Supply! George began his career at Roberts Supply as an accounts receivable clerk, and then became an Assistant Credit Manager. His current position is Property Manager. George has many fond memories of Roberts Supply, including family days, happy hours and Founders Trips. Georges favorite trip was to New Orleans because he had never seen that part of America before. Throughout the years, George has always been an integral part of the Roberts Supply family. His favorite aspect about the work environment is the people. No one, from the owners down, is too good to talk to you. I really like the people, George explains. The people are what set Roberts Supply apart from other companies. Many changes have taken place over the last twenty years, manufacturers, dealers and coworkers have come and gone, but as George explains, The best ones we kept going with. This obviously applies to George too as he celebrates this milestone. In his spare time George enjoys spending time with his daughter and raising butterflies. Congrats George on 20 great years!

Stephen (Smitty) Smiths job descriptions have certainly ran the gamut during his 13 years at Roberts Supply Inc! When he started in 1993, he did everything from Customer Service and taking orders to Parts Lookup and picking parts! In 1996 Smitty became a shop mechanic and worked in Technical Services and in 1999 he became Service Manager. Needless to say a lot is different since the days Smitty first began answering the phones! Product lines and computer systems have seen major changes. Another change? Mostly the great people and leadership we now have, Smitty explains. In fact, Smitty lists the great work environment, people, employees and dealers as what sets Roberts Supply apart from the rest. Smitty describes his favorite aspect of his job as Everyday is something new. Through the years Smitty has truly made a difference by treating each dealer with special attention and resolving their problems with willingness to compromise if necessary. Smittys favorite memories of the past 13 years include racing go-karts around the warehouse, riding the Conch Train in Key West, and going on the Founders Trips to New Orleans and Las Vegas. The Key West trip was just plain fun, Smitty remembers. Good times for all. Outside of work Smitty is as busy as ever with surf fishing, traveling and reading.

Steve Osgood is currently celebrating his tenth year of service at Roberts Supply. He has dedicated the past ten years to Territory Management of both the East and West Coast of Central Florida. Currently his territory includes the Tampa, Saint Petersburg, and Sarasota area. Throughout the last decade Roberts Supply has made many improvements. We have narrowed down our product lines to better service our customers, Steve specifies. Steve thrives on getting the sale, providing service to his customers and generally just being hands down better than the competition. Everyday there is something to be sold and something to be done, he says. Steve has been on his fair share of Founders Trips but his favorite was his first! We went to Mexico, he explains. We rented a car and found a go cart race track and bar all in one! Steves number one interest outside of work is his wife and family. His other hobbies include music, tennis and yard work.

Greg Villa just celebrated his tenth anniversary at Roberts Supply, Inc. Hes held many job titles at Roberts Supply and has been successful at all of them. He originally began as a parts/warehouse person in 1996. Soon he was assisting with receiving and was promoted to Shipping Coordinator. His next move was to Parts Lookup where he eventually took on some purchasing duties leading to his current position in the Accounting/Credit department. Harry Rodriguez Jr. is our newest Founders Club member! Harry was a little nervous on his first day but anxious to learn as much as he could and he certainly has delivered. He started at Roberts Supply five years ago as a Parts Associate and was promoted to Receiving Coordinator a few years later. Although the newest Founder, Harry has worked at Roberts Supply long enough to appreciate his work environment and coworkers. The relationship and communication between employees and management is excellent, Harry explains. The people are very friendly. Harry has contributed five years of hard work and accurate receiving. The company has grown positively in many areas, Harry says of his time at Roberts Supply. For example, the Parts Department environment is much better and work can be done faster and accurately. His favorite Roberts Supply memory was the company trip to St. Augustine, FL. With his first Founders Trip coming up, hell have plenty of opportunities to create more Roberts Supply memories! Outside of work, Harry enjoys running and surfing the web.
